Color Customization Terms & Conditions

By purchasing the Color Customization Service, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Service Scope

• The Color Customization Service is a done-for-you service where our team applies your selected brand colors to your purchased DBK templates.
• This service only applies to Canva-based templates from Digital Brand Kit (DBK). It does not include Showit templates, Thrivecart templates, or any third-party assets.
• This service does not include font changes, layout modifications, custom design work, or additional branding consultation.

2. Deliverables

• Application of your approved brand color palette (from either the DBK Color Catalog or a Custom Palette from Branded in a Day™) to your purchased DBK templates.
• Delivery of fully customized Canva template links reflecting your brand colors.
• One round of refinements if needed, limited to minor color adjustments.
• Final files delivered via a dedicated Box folder within the stated turnaround time.

3. Turnaround Time

• Standard delivery: 2-3 business days from the time of purchase.
• If a Custom Palette is used: Custom palettes from Branded in a Day™ or pre-approved client-submitted palettes must be finalized before customization begins.
• If revisions are requested: Any requested refinements must be submitted within 5 business days of delivery. Additional revision requests may require an additional fee.

4. Client Responsibilities

• You must provide an approved DBK Color Palette for customization.
• If you need to submit a custom color palette (outside of DBK’s Color Catalog), you must obtain approval from our team before purchasing this service.
• You must purchase a Brand Starter Kit or another DBK kit before requesting customization. We do not customize templates that are not part of the DBK ecosystem.

5. Revisions & Adjustments

• One (1) round of refinements is included in this service, limited to minor color tweaks.
• Additional revision rounds may be subject to an additional fee.
• Once final files are delivered, no further modifications can be made under this service.

6. Non-Refundable Purchase Policy

• All sales are final. Due to the custom nature of this service, no refunds, cancellations, or exchanges will be provided under any circumstances.
• If you fail to provide the necessary information for customization within 30 days of purchase, your service will be considered fulfilled, and no refunds or credits will be issued.

7. Additional Services & Upsells

• This service does not include brand strategy or custom graphic design beyond color application.
• If you require additional customization beyond color application, you will need to purchase additional services separately.

8. Limitation of Liability

• DBK is not responsible for how colors appear on different screens, print variations, or third-party platform limitations (e.g., Canva’s rendering settings).
• DBK is not responsible for changes made by the client after delivery. Once files are handed over, any further modifications must be handled by the client.
