Momentum Pro Terms & Conditions

Please read these Terms carefully before completing your purchase. By checking the box at checkout, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following:

1. The Program

Momentum Pro is a licensing program designed exclusively for agencies, designers, and creative professionals. Your license grants you access to the full DBK template library — all kits, all collections — and permission to use them to create custom deliverables for your own clients. This program is by application and approval only.

2. Term & Renewal

• Your Momentum Pro license is valid for 12 months from your purchase date.
• To maintain access and licensing rights, you must renew each year.
• Renewal ensures continued use rights for client projects and access to all future DBK updates, new kits, and expanded collections.

   

3. Investment & Payments

You may pay in full or via a monthly installment plan.

• All payments are binding and non-refundable.
• By selecting the installment plan, you are committing to pay the full 12-month balance in its entirety.
• If a payment fails, access to templates and licensing rights will be paused until payment is resolved.
• Payments must be brought current within 7 days. If not resolved within 30 days, the remaining balance of your investment becomes due immediately.

   

4. What’s Included

• Access to the full DBK template library (all 14 kits + 12 collections).
• Licensing rights to use templates in custom client work.
• Automatic access to new DBK kits, collections, and updates released during your active license term.

   

Disclaimer: The Social Kit, Funnel Kit, Workshop Kit, Podcast Kit, and Video Kit are currently in development and scheduled for release between now and Q2 2026. As a Momentum Pro member, you’ll automatically receive these kits as they’re released, along with free access to all future updates and improvements across the DBK product suite.

5. What’s Not Included

Momentum Pro does not include:

• Strategy calls, design support, or client work done for you.
• Use of DBK templates without customization (you must adapt them for your clients).
  Transfer of your license — each license is tied to your agency/business only.
• Use of DBK templates by your clients directly. Clients may not receive editable template files unless customized by you.

   

6. Intellectual Property & Licensing

• DBK templates remain the intellectual property of Studio 68 LLC.
• As a Momentum Pro licensee, you are granted a non-transferable, renewable license to use templates in work-for-hire for your own clients.
• Templates may not be sold “as-is,” resold as standalone products, or distributed outside of client deliverables.
• Clients may receive finalized, customized deliverables, but editable template files may not be transferred without customization.
• If your license expires and is not renewed, your rights to use DBK templates for new client projects expire as well.

   

7. Refunds & Guarantees

• Momentum Pro is a no-refund program. All sales are final.
• We do not guarantee specific results (e.g., revenue outcomes). Your results depend on your business model and execution.
• What we guarantee: you’ll receive access to the full DBK library, licensing rights for client work, and all updates released during your license term.

   

8. Legal Stuff

• Limitation of liability: Studio 68 LLC is not liable for lost profits, indirect damages, or business outcomes.
• Governing law: This agreement is governed by the laws of Texas.
• Venue: Any disputes must be handled in the state of Texas.
• Dispute resolution: Any disputes will first be resolved through mediation, and if needed, binding arbitration.
