Brand Retrofit Terms & Conditions

By purchasing the Brand Retrofit Service, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Service Scope

• The Brand Retrofit is a done-for-you service that adapts your existing brand colors to seamlessly fit within one of Digital Brand Kit’s (DBK) 12 Signature Design Collections.
• This service does not include custom branding, logo creation, or font changes—it is strictly a color adaptation service designed to integrate your brand colors into DBK templates.
• We will provide three custom color palette options and work with you on a live color review call to refine and finalize your selection.

2. Deliverables

• A recommended DBK collection that best aligns with your brand colors.
• Three (3) adapted color palette options to choose from.
• A Live Color Review Call to refine and finalize your chosen palette.
• A Color Switch Key, which allows you to apply your final color palette to any DBK template.
• Step-by-step video instructions on how to use the Color Switch Key.
• One round of refinements (if needed) to finalize your color palette.

3. Turnaround Time

• Color Palette Options Delivered: 3-4 business days after we receive your completed intake form.
• Live Color Review Call: Scheduled within 3-5 business days after delivery of palette options.
• Final Color Switch Key Delivered: Within 24-48 hours after your final approval.
• If you opt for the Color Customization Add-On, your color-customized templates will be delivered within 24-48 hours after Color Switch Key approval.

4. Client Responsibilities

• You must complete the Brand Retrofit Intake Form before work can begin.
• If you do not schedule or attend your Live Color Review Call, we will finalize your palette based on our best recommendation.
• You must respond with approval or revision requests within 5 business days of receiving your palette options. If no response is received, we will consider the last delivered palette as final.

5. Revisions & Adjustments

• One (1) round of revisions is included in this service. Additional revisions may be subject to an additional fee.
• Once the final Color Switch Key is delivered, no further modifications can be made under this service.

6. Non-Refundable Purchase Policy

• All sales are final. Due to the custom nature of this service, no refunds, cancellations, or exchanges will be provided under any circumstances.
• If you fail to submit your intake form or do not complete the process within 30 days of purchase, your service will be considered fulfilled, and no refunds or credits will be issued.

7. Additional Services & Upsells

• If you’d like us to apply your colors directly to your DBK templates, you may purchase the Color Customization Add-On after your Color Switch Key is finalized.
• If you purchase additional DBK kits in the future and want them customized, you will need to purchase additional Color Customization services.

8. Limitation of Liability

• DBK is not responsible for how colors appear on different screens, print variations, or third-party platform limitations.
• This service does not include a brand strategy session or full rebranding. It is strictly an adaptation of your existing brand colors to DBK’s collections.
