Branded Docs Affiliate Program

Welcome to the Digital Brand Kit Affiliate Program (the “Program”). By signing up as an Affiliate, you (“Affiliate,” “you,” or “your”) agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”). Please read them carefully.

1. Enrollment

• To become an Affiliate, you must complete the application form and be approved by Digital Brand Kit (“DBK,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

• We reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our sole discretion.

2. Affiliate Offer Structure

• The Branded Docs retail at $195.

• As an Affiliate, you will be provided with a unique $100 OFF coupon code to share with your audience.

• Your audience pays $95 after applying the coupon.

• You earn 100% commission on the $95 revenue for every qualifying sale made through your affiliate link and coupon code.

3. Commission Payments

• Commissions are tracked via our affiliate platform.

• Payouts are made monthly via PayPal.

• No minimum balance is required — all earned commissions will be paid each payout cycle.

• DBK reserves the right to withhold or adjust commissions in cases of refund, chargeback, or suspected fraudulent activity.

4. Affiliate Responsibilities

• You agree to promote DBK’s Branded Docs honestly and in alignment with our brand values.

• You must clearly disclose your affiliate relationship in compliance with FTC guidelines (e.g., #ad, #affiliate).

• You may not:

  • Run paid ads bidding on “Digital Brand Kit,” “DBK,” “Branded Docs,” or any variations of our trademarks.

  • Use cookie stuffing, cloaking, or fraudulent methods to generate commissions.

  • Impersonate DBK or represent yourself as an employee of DBK.

5. Termination

• Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by giving written notice.

• DBK reserves the right to withhold unpaid commissions if you violate these terms.

6. Intellectual Property

• We grant you a non-exclusive, revocable license to use our logos, graphics, and promotional materials solely for Program participation.

• You may not alter or misrepresent DBK assets without prior written approval.

7. Independent Contractor Status

• You are an independent contractor, not an employee, partner, or agent of DBK.

• You are responsible for your own taxes, filings, and business obligations.

8. Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities).

• Our maximum liability to you will not exceed the total commission paid to you under this Agreement.

9. Governing Law

• This Agreement will be governed by the laws of [Insert State/Region].

10. Changes to Agreement

• DBK may update these terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified, and continued participation constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

By enrolling in the Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
