Momentum Lite Terms & Conditions

Please read these Terms carefully before completing your purchase. By checking the box at checkout, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following:

1. The Program

Momentum Lite is an all-access pass to the DBK template library. It includes every existing kit, every collection, and any future updates released during your membership. Momentum Lite does not include brand makeovers, strategy calls, or implementation support.

2. Investment & Payments

You may pay in full or via a monthly installment plan.

• All payments are binding and non-refundable.
• By selecting an installment plan, you are committing to pay the full 12-month balance in its entirety.
• If a payment fails, access to templates may be paused until payment is resolved.
• Payments must be brought current within 7 days. If not resolved within 30 days, the remaining balance of your investment becomes due immediately.
  
  

3. What’s Included

• Lifetime access to the entire DBK template suite (14 kits + 12 collections).
• Automatic access to all future updates and improvements to the DBK suite.
• Licensing to use templates within your own business (non-transferable).
  
  

Disclaimer: The Social Kit, Funnel Kit, Workshop Kit, Podcast Kit, and Video Kit are currently in development and scheduled for release between now and Q2 2026. As a Momentum Lite member, you’ll automatically receive these kits as they’re released, along with free access to all future updates and improvements across the DBK product suite. No additional charges, ever.

4. What’s Not Included

To keep expectations clear, Momentum Lite does not include:

• Branded in a Day™, the Brand Retrofit, or any brand makeover services.
• Strategy calls, customizations, or tech/design support.
• Logo creation, custom websites, or design retainer services.
• Refunds or partial credits if you don’t use the templates.
  
  

5. Intellectual Property & Licensing

DBK templates remain the intellectual property of Studio 68 LLC.

You are granted a lifetime, non-transferable license to use them within your own business.

Templates may not be resold, shared, or distributed outside your business.

Using DBK templates for client work requires a Momentum Pro license (sold separately).

6. Refunds & Guarantees

Momentum Lite is a no-refund program. All sales are final.

We do not guarantee specific results (e.g., revenue outcomes). Your results depend on your business model and execution.

What we guarantee: you’ll receive full access to the DBK template suite, including future updates, and the additional kits as they are released through Q2 2026.

7. Legal Stuff

Limitation of liability: Studio 68 LLC is not liable for lost profits, indirect damages, or specific business outcomes.

Governing law: This agreement is governed by the laws of Texas.

Venue: Any disputes must be handled in the state of Texas.

Dispute resolution: Any disputes will first be resolved through mediation, and if needed, binding arbitration.
