Momentum Program Terms & Conditions

Please read these Terms carefully before completing your purchase. By checking the box at checkout, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following:

1. The Program
Momentum is a 12-month branding and marketing execution program that includes templates, strategy, and implementation support. It is not a one-time purchase or open-ended subscription; enrollment requires a 12-month commitment.

2. Agreement Requirement
After purchase, you will receive a formal Momentum 12-Month Agreement. You must sign and return this agreement within 7 days to finalize your enrollment. Failure to sign may delay or forfeit access to program benefits.

3. Investment & Payments

• You may choose to pay in full, quarterly, or monthly installments.

• By enrolling, you agree to pay the full program fee (regardless of payment plan).

• All sales are final; payments are non-refundable.

• If a payment fails, program access will be paused until payment is resolved.

4. What’s Included
Your purchase entitles you to the program benefits outlined on the sales page at the time of purchase. Details will also be reiterated in the formal 12-Month Agreement you receive after checkout.

5. Intellectual Property
All DBK templates and materials remain the intellectual property of Studio 68 LLC. You are granted a non-transferable, lifetime license for personal business use. Redistribution, resale, or sharing outside your business is strictly prohibited.

6. Confidentiality
Any materials or business information you provide during the program will be treated as confidential and used solely for the purpose of delivering services.

7. Refunds & Guarantees
All sales are final. No refunds or partial credits are offered under any circumstances. While Momentum provides templates, strategy, and support, Studio 68 LLC does not guarantee specific financial or business results.

8. Termination
Studio 68 LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate program access if payments fail, terms are violated, or client conduct is deemed inappropriate.

9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Texas, USA. Any disputes will be resolved first through mediation and, if necessary, binding arbitration in Texas.
