Each Website Activation Package includes a clearly defined scope of deliverables outlined in the service overview. The scope includes:
Anything outside the listed deliverables is considered outside of scope and will be treated as an add-on (billed separately).
Late submissions may delay the project or incur additional fees.

Not Included:

Due to the high-touch nature of this service, all sales are final.
No refunds will be provided once work begins. In rare cases of emergency or inability to proceed, credit toward another DBK service may be issued at our discretion.

DBK is not liable for client-side issues such as third-party platform errors, missed deadlines due to incomplete asset delivery, or post-launch performance metrics (e.g., SEO rankings, conversion rates). We provide a solid launch—ongoing performance depends on your broader marketing strategy.
