I think the hardest part about entrepreneurship is that, in the early stages, your vision only exists in your head.
You have an idea of how you’ll change lives, but it’s hard to actually bring that idea to life. You have an idea of how your business should feel, but it’s hard to actually create that experience. You have an idea of how your brand should look, but it’s hard to actually turn that into a visual identity.
Lacey Newman went through this how-to-bring-it-to-life phase last year. After a wildly successful, 20-year career as a luxury real estate agent, Lacey wanted to press play on an entrepreneurial dream that ~ if executed correctly ~ would create the lifestyle she wanted while helping other real estate agents do the same.
And so in May of 2023, Lacey launched Elevated Agents, a 90-day group coaching experience to give real estate agents strategies, systems, and support to create the real estate empires they’re worthy of.
She followed all the right steps:
- She got crystal clear on her why
- She figured out what makes her program super duper unique
- She designed a business model that was conducive to the lifestyle she wanted
At this point, “all” Lacey needed to do was build the assets that would turn her vision into a viable business. Assets such as:
- A brand identity that would differentiate her (logo, color palette, fonts, style guide)
- Data visualizations and frameworks to teach people her signature lessons
- A website to be the home base for her company and community
- Lead magnets to build trust with her growing audience
- Pitch decks to communicate the value of her program
- Welcome packets to kick-start the client experience
- Workbooks to help clients internalize the material
- Course slides for her coaching program
- Social media graphics to gain visibility
- Podcast covers for her private pod
- Proposals to send to hot leads
How was she going to create all these assets, you ask? Well, Lacey had two options. She could either:
A. Hire someone for custom design work
~ Or ~
B. Do it herself
So it was strangely serendipitous that she saw me giving a presentation about Digital Brand Kit at exactly this moment in her entrepreneurial process. She immediately bought Digital Brand Kit (the Rise & Shine collection) and used the assets from her kit to:
- Brand her business
- Build her online course
- Launch her coaching program
- Create workbooks for her program
- Post on social media to increase visibility
- Launch a private podcast for her audience
- Teach her signature frameworks using compelling visualizations
…plus a whole lot more. AND GET THIS:
She accomplished all of that in less than one year and for 10 times less than the cost of just one custom design project.
Oh, and she didn’t need to hire ANY outside design support to get the job done. When we talked to her last, she told us that Digital Brand Kit “saved me a year and tens of thousands of dollars.” Why exactly did Digital Brand Kit save her a year and 10s of 1000s of dollars?
Because she didn’t have to tear apart the internet to find a designer to create her visual identity (usually a 4-6 week process that costs ≈ $5,000).
Nor did she have to contract that designer to custom create EVERY SINGLE ASSET for her coaching program and lead gen funnel.
And she definitely didn’t have to waste time pixel-pushing on Canva with DIY templates that convey anything but luxury.
Instead, Lacey just had to open her Rise & Shine files, pop in her text, add her photos, and voilà. Done and perfect. ✔️
Wanna know what Lacey did with all that money she saved? She invested in a custom website designed by yours truly! I had the pleasure of building Lacey a brand new, fully custom website, that elevated her online presence even more and took her brand game to the next level. We used her Rise & Shine style guide to build a website that is 100% on-brand to ensure a cohesive visual identity across all her digital platforms.
I’m telling you this very real story about Lacey because there are already a bunch of hard things about entrepreneurship. I don’t want your branding to be one of them. I don’t want your vision to be crushed under the weight of overwhelm.
I want you to have the luxurious, strategic, debonair digital assets you need to show up confidently and serve the people you’re meant to serve. That’s why I built Digital Brand Kit.
Maybe you’re in the messy bring-it-to-life stage of your business like Lacey was last year. Or maybe you feel like you’ve outgrown your branding. In any case, please don’t make entrepreneurship harder, longer, or more expensive than it needs to be. We’re here to help.
